Cheers for Peers — We recognize. A lot. Team members use an online system to send cheers and praise to each other — we like to call them virtual fist bumps.
Referral Bonus — Refer a friend to OCV, and if that person is hired, you’ll get some money (and earn “hero status” from our Talent & Culture Department).
As part of our One Click, One Community program, we give back to charitable organizations close to our hearts in the form of people, products, and resources. Each team member receives two full days of PTO per year to use for community service, any way they choose! We’ve expanded our community reach by teaming up with Timmy Global Health. Together, we’re improving lives by donating eyewear to those in need throughout Latin America.
