Responsibilities
- Work with Creative Director to design graphics for email marketing campaigns, website banners, and all other graphic design needs relating to our online retail stores.
- Collaborate with marketing team to see design projects from initial design through to edits and to completion.
- Work with Email Marketing Director to test and schedule all email campaigns and site promotions.
- Evaluate and make recommendations to prepare for changes and/or test new opportunities based on the current market status and competition
- Learn and understand our brands, products, and customer base
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in the industry and implement appropriate strategies accordingly
- Build and optimize email campaigns using industry-standard HTML for proper viewing through all email clients and browsers.*
*Don’t know HTML? No problem. A thirty-day training program will be crafted by our Email Marketing Director for you to learn the ins and outs of coding for email marketing using HTML and basic CSS. By the end of the program, you will be able to edit and build industry-standard templates.
Qualifications

- Excellent fundamental understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop
- Tech-savvy is a must and HTML experience is a plus
- One to three years of design experience; entry-level applicants considered
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field required
