Laura joined the One Click team in 2011. She is responsible for all aspects of direct communication with the customer. She works to ensure proper coverage of phone calls, email questions, and live chat responses, and keeping with the focus that the customer comes first. She and her team work hard to be sure all calls are answered quickly, with virtually no wait time for the customer. Laura is striving to implement new programs and processes to enhance the proficiency of the already successful Customer Service Department. Laura received a BA from Ball State University in Telecommunications.
Fun Fact: Laura’s favorite part of the day is playing with her daughter, Gracie.
