The culture at One Click Ventures is that of a close-knit family that is, among other things, collaborative, creative, flexible, caring and locally-involved. The company’s collaborative nature is evident in its day to operations, which include intra and inter-departmental meetings and a constant dialogue among all team members. Different departments work together on a regular basis. For example, during the busy holiday season the marketing team has chipped-in to lend a hand in the warehouse.
